Established in 1997 the ingredients division supplies food manufacturers, the sandwich & pizza industries. Well known for our SunBlush® Tomatoes we also have a comprehensive range of authentic & regional ingredients with provenance, many with clean declarations which can be adapted to fit your customer's brief.
Accredited to BRC higher level we are fully supported by a skilled & customer facing technical team, who provide full specifications and general technical support on all of our products.
Our Sales Managers undertake bespoke presentations and development days at our customers' sites throughout the UK, or alternatively you are invited for a tour of our London office & warehouse facility followed by a presentation of ingredients & innovative product ideas in our development kitchen.
We operate a national distribution service from our multi temperature distribution centre that runs 24/7 in south east London. This allows us to deliver mixed pallets of chilled, frozen & ambient goods.
With a Customer Services Team of 7 based in North Yorkshire (and 5 London based Sales Managers (three of whom are trained chefs), we can offer technical and culinary expertise, an impressive portfolio of products and unrivalled levels of service.
