Under direction from Head of Food Alessandro Cristiano, we’ve got a talented bunch of chefs working every working hour (and the rest) on creating interesting recipes, finding new solutions for your menus and setting new food trends. And if they are not doing that they are probably doing the dirty work in restaurants around the world, exploring what the next big thing in food is. All our customers get this service, without any added charge – it’s what we love to do.
