Our technical expertise

Our Technical expertise is extensive. With such a wide range of products, we need an experienced team of trained auditors headed up by Category Technical Mangers, reporting into our Technical Director. We work in collaboration with our supply partners to improve their systems and processes and to ensure our food quality, safety and legality matches and exceeds best practice. Our dedication to quality systems and processes is underpinned by achieving external accreditations, such as ISO 22000.
