Mark Leatham

Mark co-founded the original Leathams Larder partnership in 1980, specialising in game and smoked salmon, after a three year commission in the Household Cavalry. Passionate about fine food, he championed the supply of authentic Mediterranean foods into the UK in his 15 years as joint MD. Following his move to Dorset, Mark was non-Executive Chairman from 1998-2008.
